In order to deliver the services in line with our contractual agreement, we must store and make use of your health data so that we can determine if we are able to offer you the product that you have selected and where appropriate to make the necessary accommodations for you to be able to participate in classes and access the housing and other facilities. To do this we need your consent as a legal basis for this data processing. Your health data will not be used for any other purpose and will only be transferred to a data processor (in accordance with Article 28 GDPR) with whom we have entered into a contractual relationship that binds the processor to comply with statutory data protection standards. At the latest, your health data will be completely deleted 4 years after the end date of the last course. You may exercise all your rights concerning your data controlled by us and our data protection officer, including but not limited to rectification of these data at any time and where applicable you may request that the data be deleted at an earlier point in time.
