Our supervisors are mostly young people between the ages of 20 and 27 who are working with children as part of their studies or training and are interested in languages or intercultural matters. They do a vacation job or an internship with us. It is important to us that they already have experience of leading groups and have been involved in groups themselves – e.g. in sport, church youth work or clubs.

Before we start the camps, we prepare the team intensively in a 3-day seminar. Topics include, for example
During the camp, the supervisors work in two shifts. This allows us to guarantee sufficient rest breaks. The camp management is also available at all times and supports the team of supervisors in all tasks. At the end of the camps, we meet for a feedback session with a traditional pizza dinner. The feedback from our team is the basis for the continuous development and improvement of the camps.
